cause nothing is ever really effortless if you think about it.
everybody should try something everyday. life is way too short to think hard about everything.
today, i'll try to talk to other people more than i talk to myself.
what'll you try today?

Look who's crawled out from under teh woodwork. Surprise Surprise.
What I love about this firstarticle is that in the second paragraph it says Tiger Lily CALLS Fifi, Peaches and Pixie sisters "as if there's something odd about that".. But hello, they are her sisters. They are her nearest next-of-kin.
And before Patricia Glassop starts to criticise, and yes she has every right to be concerned, she should ask herself what kind of mother, an estranged one at that from what I understand, sells teh rights to her sons funeral? She's making out as if they were really close and from what I read they weren't really close. She should never have been allowed to waltz in and take over funeral proceedings. it is such a pity that INXS weren't with it - I think Michael would have got a real blast if his bandmates had done a runner to the Outback or somewhere with his coffin.

Grandmother's fear for child of INXS singer
The orphaned daughter of Hutchence and Paula Yates, Tiger Lily Hutchence, remains under Geldof's custodial care, calling Geldof's three daughters Fifi Trixibelle, Peaches and Pixie sisters.
In the latest sad twist in the story of her young life, the current drama involving Geldof's party-crazed daughter broke on the eve of Tiger Lily's 12th birthday today.
Speaking to Confidential, Patricia Glassop said she had been gripped by "an overwhelming sense of sadness" to hear of Peaches' presumed overdose just as she had been reflecting on her granddaughter's birthday.
"I said to my husband, 'Now we have to be really concerned', but what can we do?
"Bob won't let us have any contact with Tiger at all.
"I just have to hope she doesn't become like Peaches, because she is just a fright.
"But this news of Peaches overdosing is very sad and I feel so sorry for her because when it comes to drug dependency she is obviously like her mother."
TV presenter Paula Yates died of a heroin overdose in 2000, aged 41.
Paramedics were called to Peaches' home in North London after she was found lying unconscious by a friend, who administered emergency CPR.
Earlier this year, she was spotted allegedly handing over money for drugs.
"The situation is sadly out of our hands, but I just hope Tiger is in a happy place and that she knows her grandparents love her very much. Happy birthday sweetheart," Glassop said.
And now new reports are saying it was due to excessive dieting. that she is a UK size 8 to 10 but wants to slim down even further and has entered into competitive dieting with her sister Pixie.

And Peaches apparently has had to be given the kiss of life by a friend according to a report on Sunday. And apparently it's Tiger's birthday today.
have no idea if this is true. They sent a bicycle, oh how I love it. Somebody stops breathing and they send a bicycle and do not take her to hospital.
Apparently she refused to go in case her dad found out, which he will now. And they should have taken her in as she could have died, brain damage and she had stopped breathing, therefore if she didn't want to go voluntarily they should have taken her in under a section.
I really hope this is the wakeup call. Poor Tiger. She lost both her parents, and she's at risk of losing one or both of her sisters.

Let's face it - INXS without Michael Hutchence are no Rockstars.
Oh dear. Sure, there was the Jon Stevens fiasco, but how on earth did it come to this?
I'm talking about "our" biggest rock exports (besides, ahem, Men At Work), INXS, and their disheartening new reality show on Fox8, Rockstar.
Mark Burnett, reality guru and creator of the silly but highly addictive Survivor and The Apprentice, is a great salesman.
How else could he convince the band to continue without Hutchence and become involved a televised, viewer-voted talent quest?
The opening episode, screened three weeks ago, featured the band arriving via private jet onto airport tarmac and a strip of red carpet.
From that point, the remaining members of INXS have been seemingly happy to make fools of themselves.
With the exception of Garry Beers, the cosmetically enhanced group, decked out in sunglasses and leather, look detached from reality - particularly Kirk Pengilly, who sports absurdly thin facial hair and a beret.
Co-hosted by American sweetheart Brooke Burke and gregarious publicity whore Dave Navarro, the 15 contestants reside at the "Rockstar Mansion" in the Hollywood Hills.
It's clear that Burnett and his savvy team of producers, rather than the band, have chosen the final 15 performers.
Hence the inclusion of Ty, a feisty, muscle-bound black dude with an absurd mohawk who grimly butchers Somebody Told Me.
Then there's the insincere JD from Canada, who, as they say in reality TV land, is "playing the game" and is favoured to win. The sole Australian representative is the very camp Mig from Sydney (who actually lives in London) and is as shallow as they come.
The show's format is easy to follow. After a session with the glamorously named "House Band", the contestants head to a clinic with Navarro.
This week: fashion.
Navarro, wearing a white feather boa, leads the contestants through some absorbing material.
Contestant Jordis, a dead ringer for Linda Perry, asks: "Are we here to sing or play dress up?" Judging by the look of INXS themselves, it's hard to tell.
The performance episodes are like a rocked-up version of Idol. Instead of pop pap, we get earnest readings of Black Sabbath and Joan Jett .
Navarro comes across as a white Randy Jackson as he and the band judge the performances. You half expect them to get out their textas and blue cardboard, Red Faces-style, and give a score out of 10.
After "the world votes", the bottom three are asked to perform an INXS song.
And the hopefuls...
Chillingly, the band request one contestant to sing Suicide Blonde - so wrong on so many levels. Another female performer mutilates my favorite INXS track, Don't Change.
It begs an obvious question: who can perform these songs better than Hutchence? Answer: nobody.
That Rockstar is an entertaining and amusing farce is beside the point. INXS need to move on. That the band had such a charismatic frontman, lost in such tragic circumstances, renders the show's premise morbid.
I wonder what the band are thinking as they sit with Navarro on their off-stage perch watching the performers - one of whom will alarmingly lead the band - serve up more ham then Coles on Christmas Eve.
****************************************
I don't think they look surgically enhanced, although I must say when Tim is commenting on the Rockers on the very first episode he looks (I'm sorry ladies - goes very quiet) chunkier than what he does when you see him sitting on his throne with the others.

morning of friday, july 18th. this is what sleeplessness does to me. gah.
drenched in the bittersweet stench of the time-less dusk, i made a promise i planned to keep. and you, on the other hand, kept a plan to make a promise. but that was just it. a plan. a plan of a promise. it could have been a plan of a plan of a plan and it never would have mattered any less or more. it's like a photo of a picture, like passing by a furniture store with televisions lined up in neat rows at the display window with all these seemingly identical faces staring blankly at you. they all seem awfully familiar, they all seem awfully yours. they're yours but not quite, deary. yours, but not quite.
You have not awakened to wakefulness, but to a previous dream. This dream is enclosed within another, and so on to infinity, which is the number of grains of sand. The path you must retrace is interminable and you will die before you ever really awake.

So the workbees at inxs.com sent me an email in response to my request they bring forward my cancellation date to now - by NOT answering my question at all. Absolutely no surprise there then.
JD's new hairdo. I can't begin to describe the hair, but it's awful or that's what I think. I preferred him shaved or the HOT look from Rock Star INXS days. Oh those were the days.
then when he grew his hair long it depended how he wore it as to how it looked. I really loved it when his sunglasses held his hair back.
But this new look is just nasty.
Here's a link to obinxs.com where JD's new hair cut was posted by dcg33, thanks dcg
http://ourbandinxs.yuku.com/topic/444/t/J
If it doesn't take you there go to obinxs.com, scroll down to JD's section, click on JD's photo album and it's page 4.
The top 2 photos are great, the way he was, ahhhh,, sigh...swoon, goes to get fan...now that's hot hot hot...
All I'll say, and I'll leave it up to your imagination, when I saw JD's chocolate covered bum on RS, it's the best looking bum I've ever had the pleasure to see. I....lalalalalalala. It was just so pert.
Where has JD gone?
come back...
EDIT: Well, it seems Tim was asked a question and he did answer. But for some reason Andrew's question is showing when I click on ask inxs ask...maybe it's the last question you look at which shows?

How can I go monochromatic when everything right now seem colorful? And I have to point out that the colros summed up my mood at its best.
So I guess I contradicted myself this time--and I don't give a damn.

Ram Sampath collaborates with INXS
Subhash K. Jha
Tuesday, July 15, 2008: (Mumbai) :
There's much more to musician Ram Sampath than his copyright spat with well-known filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and his composer brother Rajesh. He is now collaborating with the Australian rock band INXS for two songs.
INXS has asked him to re-do two of its tracks, God's top 10 and Devil's party.
"It's never been done before. It's a completely crazy idea," said Sampath. Sampath got in touch with INXS when they came to India last year.
"A few years ago my wife Sona came out with an album which INXS heard when they had come to India to perform last year. They were given a lot of music by people to hear for a possible Indian collaboration. INXS picked our CD and they wanted to collaborate with us.
"We did an Indian version of their Afterglow. We changed around the original. I completely rearranged it. I only kept the lead singer J.D. Fortune's vocals. Apart from the core melody, it became a completely Indian song. I added a raga to it. Towards the end of the song I even added a Rajasthani bit. INXS loved it."
Sampath was in the news recently when he slapped a copyright case against the Roshans for allegedly lifting his tunes for their film Krazzy 4.
He later withdrew the case for an out-of-court settlement of Rs.20 million. But he isn't worried about the repercussions of the entire issue.
"I sued not only the Roshans but also the cell phone company, the advertising company and the music company that released the soundtrack Krazzy 4 because I didn't know who had infringed my copyrights. This wasn't a personal battle against the Roshans.
"When you've Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan on board dancing to a tune, you can't afford to make a mistake."
And another news story - hmmmmmmm
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/37416-o
I get owned on what appears to be an INXS message board. I'm not sure if this exactly hurts, I mean these are INXS fans, right? In reflection of a post I created during the middle of March, I proclaimed to "Better Than Oasis", heckling pop group INXS for making a song which sounded as if they wanted to say it, but couldn't man up.
Needless to say, I don't think INXS fans will be writing my name in for any blogger of the year awards. On the bright side, I'm now referred to as a "Sports Writer". Oh, and I also learned what happens when you google your own name...a couple times...a day.
That aside, I know everyone has been asking themselves, "What does Brandon think about the pre All-Star Break season?"
So here I will reflect on my pre-season player predictions and what I anticipate to come. Over at The Fantasy Baseball Generals, we were asked to give some award predictions. You can check mine out here.
